Three years after his retirement, Michael Schumacher returns to the world of Formula One. Going back to his roots, he has joined newly formed Mercedes GP. Together with fellow German driver Nico Rosberg, he will form what he as a keen football fan calls a „small German national team“. There, he is also reunited with Formula One‘s „super brain“ Ross Brawn, his partner during all of his seven World Championship victories.
Michael Schumacher is as determined as ever to win races. But is he fit enough? Dr. Johannes Peil, head of the Institut für Sporternährung e. V. (Sports nutrition institute) in Bad Nauheim, who has been Schumacher‘s personal medical advisor for the past nine years, clearly thinks so: „Until the end of his former career in 2006, Michael trained up to 300 days a year. Even after his departure from Formula One, he never quit training, which was very important for the retention of his fitness and skills he‘ll now need again.“
Formula One legend Michael Schumacher has been Rosbacher’s brand ambassador since January 2006. But his relationship with Rosbacher began five years before, when Rosbacher mineral water was recommended to him by Dr. Peil because of its ideal 2:1 ratio between calcium and magnesium. It guarantees Michael a perfect supply of these important minerals. To this day, Rosbacher is Schumacher’s companion around the world. The latest member of the Rosbacher family, Rosbacher Drive, is a perfect fit. It supports mental fitness and delivers longer lasting alertness, enhancing concentration and reaction – qualities that are very appealing to anyone in need of high levels of mental fitness.
